3.Plant Analysis
We will help customers design layout based on our offer and customer workshop.
4.Negotiation
To talk about technical questions, payment terms, discount and machine installation and so on.
5.Bottle Design Confirmation
We will send PDF bottle design for your confirmation.
6.Order Conclusion and downpayment
We will officially start physical production of PET blowing machine, after order confirmation, downpayment arrival, bottle design confirmation and industrial power specification confirmation.
7.Preform samples
The seller should send some preform samples to us within 10 days after downpayment.
8.Test
Once machine installation is finished, we will inspect machine. And then we will test machine in an overall way and send machine video to customer. If customer wants to come to our company to inspect, it will warmly welcome.
9.Bottle Samples Report
Detailed bottle quality inspection report will be sent to customer with bottle samples by international express.
10.Balance Payment
After Machine performance confirmation and bottle quality confirmation by the customer, customer should pay the balance.
11.Shipment
We will pack the machine and arrange shipping for customer, and send all the required documents for customs clearance.
12.Installation and Staff Training
We will send one engineer to customer company for machine installation and staff training. And engineer must submit customer signed feedback letter to production manager.
